1. About Secrazy Solutions

Secrazy Solutions provides cybersecurity consulting and penetration testing services for startups, developers, and small to medium-sized businesses. Our services include, but are not limited to, security assessments, penetration testing, vulnerability analysis, and advisory services.

All services are performed strictly on authorized systems and assets owned or controlled by the client.

2. Eligibility to Use Our Services

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have legal authority to request security testing
• You provide accurate and complete information

We reserve the right to refuse service if eligibility requirements are not met.

3. Authorization & Scope of Testing

• You own or have written permission to test submitted assets
• Testing is limited strictly to the approved scope
• Out-of-scope testing is prohibited

Secrazy Solutions is not responsible for legal consequences arising from false authorization or Unauthorized testing requests.

4. Nature of Services

• Manual security testing and expert analysis
• Best-effort testing within agreed scope and timeframe
• No security test can guarantee the identification of all vulnerabilities

5. Client Responsibilities

• Providing accurate scope details
• Ensuring backup of systems and data before testing
• Implementing remediation based on provided reports
• Maintaining report confidentiality

We reserve the right to refuse service if eligibility requirements are not met.

6. Reports & Confidentiality

All reports are confidential and intended solely for the client. Unauthorized sharing or disclosure is prohibited.

7. Payments & Refunds

• Payment must be completed before service delivery, unless otherwise agreed
• Refunds are not guaranteed after testing begins
• Pricing may change based on scope and service type
• Partial refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances

All pricing is subject to change without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: Secrazy Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages We are not responsible for business losses, data loss, or service downtime Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service Clients acknowledge that cybersecurity testing involves inherent risks.

9. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, tools, templates, and reports remain the intellectual property of Secrazy Solutions Clients are granted a non-transferable license to use reports for internal security purposes only

11. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services if terms are violated Clients may terminate services with written notice, but refunds are not guaranteed

12. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party tools or platforms. We are not responsible for the functionality or security of these services.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in India.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
